Our first sale was challenging, as the tenant made it difficult by not allowing access. Initially, the tenant offered to buy the Unit well under market price. By knowing and following all the rules, Angela negotiated access and an immediate sale followed. Our second sale went as expected up until 1 hour before settlement was to proceed. Due to a paperwork glitch in the titles office, an extension of 1 day was required. The buyer's Lawyer refused, and insisted unless the purchaser could move into the house immediately, they threatened to cancel the contract. Angela immediately contacted the buyer, established that they knew nothing of this, and smoothed the way for settlement the following day which went ahead without a hitch.
