My family and I set out on this sale road late in October 2024. We started by interviewing four different agents on how they would go about selling our property. Each sent back a standard sales pitch. Michael on the other hand sent back a 17 page informative outline including details of similar sales in our local area as a comparison. Michael and his team did their research thoroughly. Our home was on open house display every Saturday and occasionally through the week when a prospective buyer wanted more information. The team's knowledge on sale presentation including photography was outstanding and whilst they advised us to move a few pieces of furniture around there was no pressure placed on us to do any staging. Michael aways contacted us to give feedback on the open house days. He was very up front with buyer's comments and to make further suggestions. On occasion a potential buyer would ask a question the team had no knowledge of and we were contacted immediately. We felt Michael and the team were really working for us.
