Angela’s knowledge for the areas, it’s a peninsula. Where availability can be limited. She marketed the walkable to the ferry. Pointing this avoids looking for parking where parking along the street is limited. The walk in from street level to entry for a first floor apartment, especially appropriate for the aged. I will give her top marks in pointing out/market the not so obvious advantages mentioned above.
