You don't sell a property every day so it's great to have someone there to help you organise the property to look it's best for a good sale price. Everything was clearly explained and there was feedback after every inspection . Close to auction time we had discussions about possible buyers. It was all so easy and even the auction was a no hassle event.

Finally after a false start my home has been sold. Huge shout out to Angela Saidi from Ray White Drummoyne Angela is not the original agent I engaged to sell my home. I engaged her as my home was not selling and very quickly going stale. There was no marketing budget so her campaign was all pure off market sales work! Tough given I had already been on the market for about 6 weeks... What can I say she is a legend! Her drive, exceptional hard work, ability to understand my needs and marry them up with her list of buyers was outstanding. I engaged Angela on Thursday 6th of May and immediately she had buyers coming through on the Friday and Saturday and this repeated, plus additional days as inspection was by appointment sometimes 3 buyers at a time, multiple times a week. Several contracts issued and so the games began!
