Angelo is a great agent. He responded to my queries promptly and was straight-forward in terms of what the vendors expected for the purchase price. Unlike many other agents, he did not try to get me into a secret bidding war with others and was able to conclude a deal within one day of my contacting him. Although the final price was a bit over my budget, I appreciated Angelo's straight-forward style which relieved me of any bidding stress. He is very friendly and his communication skills are excellent. Overall, it was a pleasure to have dealt with Angelo.
