I have just bought my first investment property through Novak Properties. I must commend Angelo as he has been so helpful and efficient, from the the first inspection and throughout the whole process. He always responded to my inquiries promptly, even when he was on holidays! Both Angelo and the team have been friendly and professional, and happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Angelo and the Novak team
Angelo has helped our company sell apartments over the last 4 years. We are extremely happy with his results and we feel he knows the Dee Why market inside-out. Would recommend him to all looking to purchase or sell real estate.

Angelo was chosen from the agents i interviewed. He guided me to have my investment sold in a tough market where there were another 2 apartments similar for sale in the same block. I would recommend him to all friends and family.
Angelo is a pleasure to deal with and encourage his ability to sell our luxurious apartments that Meriton is developing in Dee Why.
Angelo was very thorough with our sale and was able to get a quick sale in a falling market. We are very grateful for his help and expertise. We would gladly recommend him to anyone.
Very accommodating - We needed a privated inspection on Sunday at a very short notice and Angelo was able to quickly arranging that in his busy schedule. He kept us in the loop throughout the negotiation process and is very responsive with all forms of communication channels, no matter the time of the call or where he was located at the time. He was proactive towards offering us some valuable suggestions, including him getting the approval guidelines for installing an air-con (which we are still waiting for and understsnd it should come by soon). Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend him in the future.

Angelo was very easy to deal with when we purchased our house. He was responsive and quick to reply with any questions we had. Angelo kept us in the loop with what was happening in a timely manner (even with the owners in the USA) so everything was relatively stress free. Thanks Angelo!
Angelo was suggested to us by our neighbour as her sister works with him. She is now our ex neighbour because Angelo came through and sold our house before it went to auction. We are currently living overseas and envisioned this to be a nightmare, trying to sell a house on the other side of the world, however Angelo took control and got us a great price. He was professional whilst being friendly and understanding. It has been our pleasure to work with Angelo and I would have no hesitation recommending him to others. Thank you Angelo, you made this a very pleasant experience
