Angelo is an affable and forthright character who possesses an energetic zest for life and living. This comes across in all his dealings. He handled my sale in a rational and realistic manner. Angelo proved to be dependable, communicative and candid and I trust him completely. Thank you for everything.
Angelo was excellent I felt confident that all processes would be achieved and his communication was great.Angelo was honest and I appreciated his comments as I resided a long way away from the units for sale , plus he lived up to his reputation of selling before auction of which he did yeah,Thankyou Angelo well done and all the best many thanks Victoia Mitchell daughter of Kenneth Clifton
A pleasure to deal with. Friendly and genuine, with great knowledge of the market and the area I was buying an apartment in. Was able to answer all my questions or put me in contact with someone who could. He worked around my schedule to arrange inspections and contracts and made the whole process simple and easy.
Buying a house is stressful at the best of times, but with two young children it's even more daunting! Angelos made everything really easy - he made private inspection times that worked around our bubs naps and came to our home for all meetings/discussions to save me trying to get to their offices with two rugrats. He also answered every text message question promptly no matter what day or time. I would highly recommend him
Angelo from the outset was always very friendly and approachable. He had a fantastic knowledge of Dee Why and the block I ended up buying in. He also communicated very well between myself and the vendor - organising an extension above the cooling off period, and always made himself available to chat through any questions or queries. He has continued to be really helpful post sale, in terms of organising additional viewings and measure ups for trades.
It was a pleasure to sell my property through Angelo at Novak. He has excellent local knowledge and understands the meaning of quality client service.
We found Angelo to be very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our many questions and nothing was a problem. He assisted us through the buying process making it as painless as possible explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angelo as an agent!!!!
Angelo provided sound knowledge and market advice and always kept us informed with relevant updates. His communication amongst all parties was excellent and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone interested in evaluating or selling their property on the beaches!
Angelo proved himself to be a very credible agent. He kept us up to date with the negotiations and kept to his word with feedback and follow up.
I first met Angelo Goutzios about 3years ago when I was looking for a property for my Aunty who was selling her home in Sanctuary Point to move to Sydney and be closer to family. After dealing with Angelo from a buyers perspective and feeling completely satisfied I knew that he was the only Agent I wanted for selling my Aunts property again.Angelo went out of his way to reassure and communicate with my Aunt and myself during the whole sale process.Angelo was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He worked very hard and was available anytime including Sundays! I highly recommend Angelo as an agent you can trust to get the job done with perfection!!
We needed a quick sale for our investment unit. Angelo Goutzios from Novak Properties was the man we choose to make this happen and that he did, all within three weeks, getting us the best result in the current market. The sale process went smoothly and effectively from arranging advertising, photos and open house inspections. Always professional from start to finish. Full of knowledge and advise. Really appreciated the feedback after each open house and for touching base in between just for the sake of it. Thanks again Angelo for all your help and professionalism.
Familiar with Dee why local area, easy to communicate, negotiable and responsible.
