Angus was totally professional and straight from the word go. He told me how much to ask for the apartment which was at least 10% more than anyone else. When I questioned him on this he said he knew the market and he'd get me a good price. I decided, because of his polite and respectful manner and quiet confidence to trust him. He then said He would like to bring a few people through before photos and advertising, because if he could sell the apartment quickly he would save me $5,000. In the event he sold the apartment very quickly, saving me the $5,000 for a price that was 10% above what any one else said they could get. He always returned calls promptly, followed through and never made claims he couldn't meet. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Angus and I can thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
