If only I could rate 10 stars. Anna and her team where highly professional. They provided us with everything we needed to know what we were in for both with our expectations of the sale and the costs we would expect. She provided multiple options and helped us with multiple options on all the trades to get the house ready. Her team provided a detailed report after each open house and gave us a full two page report on everyone who was coming to the auction. I have heard stories of others who's agent didn't communicate and left them unsure what was going on, Anna is the opposite and she was always available to answer questions or facilitate our needs. She achieved hundreds of thousands over our expectations and I truely believe it is due to here engaging nature and professionalism.
Anna anticipated the market a few months before the sale. We worked together on repairing and improving the house so it that would be perfectly ready when the market is peaking. Anna offered excellent suggestions and style improvements and had the people to help us to achieve our goals. At the time of the sale Anna knew which buyers were more interested and made excellent offers as a result we sold the house in less than a week. This put us in the position to pursue another property in different market that we were interested, again just in the right timing!!!
