We approached Anna to sell our family home of 18 years as we were impressed with her excellent reputation for sales in our area. Having not bought or sold for a long long time, Anna took us through the whole process and made sure we knew what to expect, what not to expect and gave us valuable advice which helped us achieve a great outcome. We were selling a SEP55 unit - great location but 20yrs old and looking a bit tired - in Nth Turramurra. We had used Anna in 2017 for a Pymble house, which had some heritage complexities: despite these issues we got a very satisfactory result when we could have had a disaster. Anna inspected the Nth Turramurra unit and strongly suggested that we clear it out and repaint, recarpet and repolish the floor, and then dress it for sale. This seemed to make sense as it was showing wear and tear. She quickly arranged for quotes, which we accepted, and managed the various trades at the unit. Her team was very communicative so we knew what was going on. The unit looked so much more presentable after all of this: the furnishings made the most of its light and sunny aspect. We spent about $28,000 on this. The unit went on the market just after COVID began to lift last October so the market was hot. Even so we were stunned to get about $500,000-600,000 over what we all agreed were realistic expectations based on the age of the unit (it was very well built, but was missing the design emphasis of more modern units springing up in the Nth Shore) and comparative prices realised we were seeing for like properties. We found Anna easy to communicate with, responsive to questions, and full of good advice. Her team also backed her up (thanks Jo & Julie). We have sold two properties with Anna and both times we have had very pleasing results, this last one particularly so!
