We approached Anna in June of this year, just for some advice on the value of our home and the state of the property market, as we were about to embark on an expensive and disruptive renovation to our home. Anna was eager to meet us, easy to talk to, friendly and quickly understood what we needed. She gave us a good estimate of the value of our home on the spot, we dabbled with the idea of selling, but decided renovating was the way to go. Anna never forgot about us and our deliberations, and 6 weeks later she rang up out of the blue and said "I have a couple who would love your home, shall we bring them through for a look?" We agreed to entertain the idea. To cut a long story short, Anna moved fast and 8 days later our house was sold, off market, for a fantastic price. We then found a great home to buy within a week. Although we will be a bit sad to leave our home and the architect plans we had come to love, we will instead be in a bigger, better home by the end of the year - no building, no moving out for a year, no council approvals, and for the same changeover price.
