After a disappointing 4 months with another agent, and 2 months "rest" over the Christmas and New Year holiday period, Anna Cavill and her team sold our property pre-auction after just 2 weeks back on the market. Anna epitomises the consummate professional real estate agent. She draws on her experience and broad market knowledge, and coupled with her extensive list of active buyers, guides (at a pace comfortable to them) those interested in a particular property reach a decision whether the property itself, and its location, meets their needs. As it was in our case, once the prospective buyers decided "We want to acquire that property" Anna received an unsolicited pre-auction offer to purchase. Anna then applied her legendary negotiation skills to draw the buyer's best possible final offer, whilst also ensuring other genuinely interested prospective buyers each also had an opportunity to make one offer. The marketing materials were high quality and produced at lightning speed and the marketing campaign very comprehensive. Susan Astridge, our prime "go to" support person, was, and still is during the current post sale pre settlement period, immensely helpful in guiding and supporting us through the whole sales process. Susan was full of suggestions, super responsive and had equally responsive tradespeople contacts able to help present and maintain the property in top order. Susan regularly offered to take on tasks so as to make the vendor's life easier. Also a key team member, Niccy Williams very capably provided the team with administrative support – including assisting Anna produce comprehensive weekly reports on our sales campaign’s progress along with notes on the history and current status of every person who had seen and/or enquired about our property. Our only regret: Not engaging the “A Team” from the outset !!
