Anna got me 250k more then any other agents could. Anna worked tirelessly to sell my house and her communication and dedication was amazing. Anna was always very responsive to any questions and potential buyers. Anna is amazing and I would use her again if I ever needed to sell and would recommend her to anyone!
Anna was an absolute delight to deal with, always professional, enthusiastic and maintained a high level of communication in all interactions. Anna was the main success behind the sale of my property...reaching out to potential buyers known to her and bringing them to my unique property resulted in a successful sale. I would highly recommend Anna to represent anyone looking to sell their home.
Anna was amazing in every way. Great communication on all levels. I have already given Anna’s phone number to two people that are looking to move into the area. Once again just to confirm Anna is 💯 amazing at her job
Anna was realistic from the start. She obviously researched the property we were selling and was pretty much on the mark for the sale price. Anna was honest and realistic. We all felt very comfortable with her from the start. If we were to sell again we would most definitely use Anna.
Right from the start of our selling process, Anna clearly guided us as to what was going to happen and when. She started by inspecting the property and giving her professional opinion on a few things that would help in presenting the property in its best light. Then we had photos done. Anna was there on site with the photographer, working alongside him to get the best possible photos. We had to wait for clouds to pass over and that didn't bother Anna. She just said we need this done right. After that we set the price and it was set well above my initial price expectations. Anna reassured me that this is where we should be marketing the property and she was right! It sold after approximately 2 weeks on the market. We were so happy with the whole process, Anna made everything so simple and most importantly, we got a great price, well above our expectations. Oh and one really important thing. Anna held open homes on both Saturday and Sunday of the first two weeks of the marketing campaign. The buyer actually came out to a late Sunday afternoon open as he worked 6 days a week. We negotiated on the Monday and it was all wrapped up quickly. Thanks so much Anna, you are the best!
I can't speak highly enough of Anna, she was completely honest and up front through the entire process, nothing was too much trouble for her and even came out after hours to show a client through. Thank you Anna!
