Anna's opening advice on market positioning was spot on. The promotional campaign from her team was outstanding but most of all was the sense of security that we received from her advice and continual contact throughout the process. Never 'missing in action', responsive to all our contacts (even the silly ones) the service was delivered with professionalism and compassion. We would recommend Anna to anybody selling in the region.

Punctual ,pleasant, helpful. Anna always got back to us when we asked questions even when she was unwell was always on top of things.

I could not recommend them enough. From start to finish Anna went above and beyond. She helped me get the price that I wanted and was there to reassure my fears along the way. If you are looking for someone to sell your property in the Hawkesbury and beyond - you cannot go past Anna and Cutcliffe properties.

Anna was wonderful to work with. She sold our house in 2 weeks and helped us navigate the market. She was always available and helpful, and made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I found Anna to be professional and a pleasure to work with. She took the stress out of selling and was always accommodating to our needs. Her follow up was prompt and she always communicated every step of the way. Would highly recommend Anna as an agent. Thank you for everything l.

Anna is great to deal with. Always returns calls, is punctual for meetings and quickly provided feed back on every viewing. She provided us with good advice on other local sales and what to expect from our sale. She was always helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend Anna to anyone selling their property.

Anna Gabites looked after the sale of our house and also the purchase of land. I would happily work with Anna again in relation to any property dealings in the future. She was honest, reliable, had excellent communication between Vendors and purchasers, always answered our calls and queries and was extremely professional. Anna went above and beyond even with the added challenge of Covid restrictions to ensure she got the best for her clients! Would happily recommend her as an agent.

Anna was easy to talk to and understood, she gave good marketing suggestions and good feedback, she always turned up, put in a really good effort. She didn't pressure us to drop the price and was always supportive and positive as the campaign continued. Overall she was a fantastic agent and did a great job selling our house. Would recommend her to anyone who needs a good no bullshit agent. Thanks Anna

Anna entered following a nasty, private-buyer experience on our mother's deceased estate. At a time of stress and frustration, she guided us with empathy and professionalism to deliver a sale price well above what was expected in a record time for the area. I couldn't recommend Anna highly enough to anyone.

Anna was with us every step of the way when selling our house. No question we had was ever unanswered, she was very helpful.

Tim,Anna and the team at Cutcliffe we’re an absolute pleasure to work with. Anna’s commitment to both us and the buyer’s need is awesome. She gets the balance right so everyone is happy. We sold our home in a short period of time and a price we were all happy with.

My husband & I recently sold our Kurrajong property with Anna. Her personality was always genuine, warm & she always demonstrated amazing professionalism. Her great knowledge of the Hawkesbury area helped us to sell in a short time frame. Anyone considering to sell their property, I highly recommend using a professional like Anna. You will be totally satisfied just like we are.
