We were talked up with promises of a great outcome to get the job. We were then talked down when the offers came in. The outcome was we got a below market outcome for a hot market and we were hit with another several thousand dollar bill on top of the commission because they forgot to tell the settlement agent after the sale was done. It has been a disappointing outcome and I would not recommend.
