All of our interactions with the agents were friendly and warm, however communication is a weak point. We understand the current market is a quick one, however there’s still time to pick up the phone to communicate offer negotiations instead of sending through new offers with no explanation and then being uncontactable for a period. There were new things added and removed in second offers that weren’t explained prior, which were a bit frustrating. We also didn’t have an agent show up to the final inspection until the seller called them, which was just a small human error, however when a representative did show up, they didn’t bring a checklist for us, so we just conducted the entire thing with the seller. As stated before, really friendly however room for more communication.
