Being an overseas investor, it was good that Anna took the initiative to chat up with us on our intention with my investment property which was a display home. At that time, the market was pretty soft and wasn't a good time to sell. So she suggested renting it and managed to get me a corporate tenant. After the tenancy ended, she attempted to put the house on the market and managed to secure a good offer. Its good that Anna has the resources and different avenues to manage my investment property.
