Anna-Marie was a perfect agent, she was punctual for our meetings, kept us updated each step of the way and jumped over hurdles for some difficulties on the buyers side to make the process smooth for us.
Anna-Marie sold a good story but when it came to reality it was far from. The lack of communication was appalling we were over sold what it would sell for then pushed to make a decision within a matter of hours or told we wouldn’t sell it at all. During the settlement process there was no communication I had to follow up constantly for updates then I had meetings moved around and was not told which ended in both myself and my husband being messed around as well as impacting our work. I could just keep going with how poor this experience was however I will leave it as saying avoid at all costs and do not fall for the well oiled sales pitch. Should have gone with a different agent. Overall what should have been an exciting time was one of my worst.
Anna is very confident and does a really great job at marketing the right house to the right people, our house was under offer on the first home open and the process of the sale was very seamless, what I like about her is, she understands the requirements very clearly and works in the best interest of both parties, she has excellent interpersonal communication skills, we would definitely recommend Anna to our friends and family, and would love for her to be our agent in future if we need to sell a house.
Anna was helpful all along the journey in helping us in securing a successful deal. Her communication and professionalism was excellent.
