The communication has been fantastic, and Annabelle has gone above and beyond to help us with our move too - we had to negotiate a simultaneous settlement, and Annabelle made this all seem very easy. The online media that Annabelle arranged was fantastic, and extremely professional (so much so that I asked for a copy of the video as a little memento of our house - so much better than home-made photos)!
