Scott was very organised and punctual with Open Homes and quick to provide feedback following. Scott has great knowledge of the Bahrs Scrub - Windaroo area and we chose him because he had sold us the home we were moving to. We found Scott helpful in getting our home ready for quick sale including linking us in with trades people. The property we were selling should have sold for more in the market but we needed to move it quickly. While we found this a little disappointing we were very happy the home went to a lovely family. From a sellers perspective I am not sure that we did very well but I am pretty confident the buyer got a great deal. I would use Scott again to buy or sell, but hopefully I would be in a position to push a little harder as the seller next time. One thing for sure - Scott is very likeable and personable which I think is very important when navigating stressful property deals. Scott gifted me a beautiful basket when we sold and I am still using the lovely products in my new home - as mentioned, also sold to us by Scott.

Scotts knowledge and information exemptlary as this house is in a over50s village. He gained the asking price we were asking we feel blessed to have Scott represent us.
