We had been dealing with another realtor in regards to the sale of another house and were totally dis-satisfied with their lack of customer service and follow up-. I called Annamaria and she dropped everything to come and meet with us. Within the space of a few days she had organised the marketing and had the house on the market with an Open scheduled for the coming weekend. From that open we had multiple offers -even though she had to contend with disconnected power (she took this in her stride) The house was sold from the first open at a fantastic price with a short settlement. Annamaria made sure she kept in close contact with us and talked to us like human beings and not halfwits wanting to sell a house.
