As a purchaser I of course do not get to choose my agent, so I was very lucky to meet Anne Besgrove, who was the agent for the seller. I saw the block of land while on holidays, and we negotiated a sometimes tricky transaction all by phone and email correspondence between Sydney and Murwillumbah.
