I found Anne to be very proactive with her selling ideas – she had a very good grasp of the available market and went above and beyond, marketing my property to a wide range of Buyers. Anne continually worked with me, putting forward suggestions to help my property sell, always enthusiastic with good advice. I feel Anne’s suggestion of tidying up the bottom part of the creek and making it into a picnic area actually sold my property in the end. Anne also achieved a higher price for me – her advice to not drop my price during the last of the negotiations netted me another $10,000 – this I am very grateful for.
