Annie gave good sound advice and I felt that I could trust her to have our best interests and the best outcome for the house and its future owners. She listened and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained the market and was very professional but also friendly and encouraging.

Standard practice worked well. The 2 things that caused trouble which at the about set could have been clarified, ie the detail verified. 1) That the enduring power of attorney had been registered with Landgate. It turned out that the number we had was for dad and not mum and so recovered by dragging mum 3 times to a crowded post office so she could sign all the documents. 2) Sighted the "Duplicate" Land title. While we had copies of the land title we were not aware that this was not the title as issued by Landgate. Also was under the false belief that this was all electronic now This was very stressful to get all the document collated to request a copy. Good effort by Moss to resolve this. For Anne very appreciative for her advice on how to best present the property for sale. I was I was not able to get to Albany and her communication by email and phone was short sharp and effective.
