I was kept informed every step of the way of not only the sales and advertising procedure, but also given nearly daily updates as to how the local housing market was performing. I was impressed with the attention to detail: before the home open, Anne had flyers printed and distributed to the neighbours, in order to generate interest, and a flag was hung outside to raise awareness, in addition to the usual signs.
