In great contrast to this low balling, Anne achieved nearly $780,000 because she put in the extra effort. I was kept informed every step of the way of not only the sales and advertising procedure, but also given nearly daily updates as to how the local housing market was performing. I was impressed with the attention to detail: before the home open, Anne had flyers printed and distributed to the neighbours, in order to generate interest, and a flag was hung outside to raise awareness, in addition to the usual signs. I am most impressed with Anne’s dedication and professionalism and her very high level of engagement, and very highly recommend her services to anyone who is selling in the Berwick area.
