A most pleasurable experience selling our house,through a Real Estate Agent,who became our friend. We learnt that selling our home needn't be a chore,and that through all the bubbliness,smiles,confidence and joy...we could trust Anne completely throughout the whole process and in fact were relieved to pass on to her full responsibilty and all decisions to be made.She did the best she could,in the short time we had,as we really were hoping to sell before Christmas,which we achieved. And the sale was realistic,as initially we had all hoped to get more and Anne still thought it such a lovely house that should have fetched more,but my husband and I are glad to have finalized this sale in such a realtively short time and now move on with the next stage of our lives. Anne was a very friendly agent who gave us history and benefits of the house and who encouraged us to re-visit the home several times. She went out of her way to make it convenient for us to complete the purchase contract while communicating with us and the vendor to finalise the terms.
