Annie was accommodating from the moment we made contact with our inquiry about the property . As we were unable to attend schedule inspections due to my work commitments Annie made several commutes from her office in not particularly favourable times due to Sydney traffic and non office hours to show us the unit . The moment we made it to the door of the apartment Annie was honest and said “ this door lock could be tricky “ small detail that made me think her attention to details worthy of mentioning .Annie’s knowledge of the building the suburb and infrastructure plans for Parramatta were excellent Cooling off period however proved to show how exceptional Annie was as we required a strata report for our solicitor and the strata management office was closed due to the holiday period of Christmas/ New Year Annie came up with the a solution and forwarded on the required documents as Vendors weren’t willing to extend the cooling off period beyond the extra week already given Although we didn’t get the price we were hoping for, Annie did make many attempts to negotiate the price we hoped for with the vendor, in fact I believe she was even sacrificing her own earning potential (amazing) The only negative I could possibly say is ,like most agents I’ve ever dealt with they are very results driven which can be taken as pushy at times All in all our experience with Annie was fantastic which she really exceeded our expectations and at times I possibly could have been a pain in the behind which I would like to acknowledge that Annie was extremely patient with We will be continuing our relationship with this agency to manage our property in the rental market all because of the positive experience with Annie Thank you
