It's a wonderful experience during these few months, since the beginning that i told Annie about selling my property. The result of $965k has very clearly shown the effort Annie had put in for the whole thing, but i'd still like to mention a couple of things that really touched me. The advice Annie gave me was extremely useful and informative, in order to having a better sale, she told me key things about how to prepare and conduct properly, as we almost had conversations over internet every couple of days, it was getting crystal clear for me about the whole process, that really made me calm while i was actually a bit anxious and worried at that time. The renovation idea was great, i bet it must have raised the price much higher than what the property looked like originally. To be honest, i was convinced by her very strong recommendations, she was so certain about what was going to happen before and after the renovation. Thanks to her that i didn't insist, and hence it was a great success. Because of this, we were able to get things organized quickly which played a huge part in us purchasing the property.
