I had a great experience working with Annika. I bought before selling and relied on Annika's honest advice about the value of my house, so I knew how much money I had to bid at auction. She was pretty spot on with the value (slightly less than it sold for, which was better than the other way around!). I then needed to get my house on the market very quickly. Annika helped with that, making some useful suggestions for the stylists. During the sales process Annika's knowledge and experience was invaluable in keeping across all the potential buyers and negotiating the sale before auction. Her back up suppliers - photographer, drone photographer, cleaner, even the removalist she recommended all did an amazing job too. All that, and to cap it off Annika is such a lovely person to deal with. I couldn't rate her more highly.

Unfortunately our experience with this agent was disappointing. They appeared overcommitted without enough support to provide a superior service. Our view was that they over inflated our market value to secure us and eventually not deliver. Slow responses on moving the marketing campaign and our communication experience was not customer centric but we felt serviced their needs rather than ours. We could not extend a recommendation.
