Annika and Aaron’s market appraisal was reflected accurately in our sale price. As a comparison we invited other 2 other agencies to provide us with a market appraisal and their estimated sale price was significantly below what we achieved. We couldn’t fault their sale preparation, communication and feedback and are glad we chose them as our agents.

Stone Realestate closed a deal for us in quite a short time. Given the current market, we were very pleased with the outcome. We had a lot of people through our property, which was a challenge during this Covid era, but there are not too many people ready to make commitments at this time so, whilst the interest was strong the competition for the property was a little weak. In the end we sold pre auction for a price that we felt was about what we should expect. Annika and her colleagues managed to secure an increased price compared to the first serious offers we received and locked in an extended settlement which suited our plans.
