I have sold investment properties before but selling your "home" is a different matter. It is far more stressful and emotional and a lot more work for the agent you choose as they have to "manage" you as well as the market . I would choose Annika and Aaron again without hesitating. I have watched Annika over the past 10 years selling properties in our area and had always thought that I would ask her to sell ours if/when the circumstances occurred . After 25 years in the same house , our daughter finished school and it was a great time to downsize. Annika and Aaron had moved from a larger agency and set up Stone, that worried me a bit not being connected with a large organisation but Annika was still my choice. The move to Stone made no difference that I could see and Annika and Aaron did an amazing job and were great to work with.
