Annique is a very dedicated agent who is also very passionate about her job and her clients. She organised weekly/fortnightly open houses to increase the chances of our property being sold and always ensured that our house was presentable (as we had already moved interstate). Her attention to detail with the photography that was done on our property was superb and she persisted with the sale of our house despite the tough property market. Annique was unable to differentiate between professional and personal gain. Never before have we had an agent try to remove included items sold under contract, negotiated for an additional price, after the final inspection was complete - for their own personal gain! Then provide a range of justifications when this issue was raised with the licensee. Still not sure if we were the target or the aged seller. Use at your own risk.
