All round, just a genuinely pleasant experience - No typical salesperson BS, no trying to fill you with the fear of God. She sticks to the facts and is refreshingly honest. Annique went out of her way and bent over backwards to help us get our offer in and accepted. There was never any pressure to “sign, sign, sign” without having the chance to properly read and understand everything. No smoke and mirrors either. Even post-settlement, we had a minor issue with the A/C in the new house that was covered under the seller’s warranty - It took literal minutes to get a resolution. Minutes!! In past experiences, once you sign on the dotted line the money’s as good as theirs and suddenly the realtor no longer has time to return your calls or messages. Not the case here. Annique is a breath of fresh air - You’ll love her personality and how easy she is to talk to. Hopefully we’re never buying or selling again (too bloody stressful!)
