Hi Dario & Helen
I am sorry that you felt that unhappy in the final transaction of purchasing your property. Until final inspection you were both happy with everything until I had advised you that the sellers will be removing some personal items from the property. ei cutlery, plates, glasses, paintings and a special vase that had sentimental value to the sellers passed down from the grandmother. On the contract of sale, it stated furniture was included in the sale of the property and I am sorry that you though the furniture also meant the sellers personal items. I have tried my best to give you both a smooth transaction and worked hard with you to accommodate all request made by yourselves.
There was never any financial gain for me whatsoever and I was acting on my seller’s instructions to remove their personal items from the property as they were unable to due to the fact that they were out of the country. In the end the property was left with most of the seller’s personal items, given to you to avoid any more stress and facilitate a smooth transaction for all parties concern.
My aim was never to upset anyone and I believe this was a big misunderstanding in regards to what is furniture and what is the sellers personal items that they have a right to.
