Ant and the Rapid Response Unit did a great job of selling our house. Ant was professional and very responsive. He offered sound advice when asked, and helped us to set a realistic price - which we reached in less than two weeks. The photography and video were very well executed, as was all of the marketing. Hopefully Ant will be able to find us our next home too!

Rapid Response at our first encounter: My first encounter with Ant was I emailed him on a Sunday evening 24 January 2017 at 10:20pm requesting for he and Simon to undertake a valuation of my property. I was pleasantly surprised that he responded with an immediate phone call at 10:25pm!. My husband responded: "He takes this rapid response thing pretty seriously!" Within two weeks after listing with Ant our house had an offer for purchase. The rapid response unit far exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our interaction with them.
