Both Ant Manton and Simon Purdon were very pleasant to deal with when purchasing a property in Rosny. They did not attempt any pushy sales tactics and in fact, their open and genuine approach assisted me in deciding to purchase the property and make an offer prior to auction. Ant went a step further continuing to negotiate between buyer and seller when he was in hospital to finalise the deal! Simon went out of his way to accommodate contractors needing access to prepare quotations and providing contacts for conveyances and the like. Both Simon and Ant could be reached whenever needed and returned calls and emails. The followup team, Barney, was very helpful assisting with Landlord insurance and other things. The daunting process of buying a property was made easier and this was appreciated. One more thing: I liked the Rapid Response Unit approach - was more fun than business as usual and they produced a good video!

Ant and the RRU were proposed a challenge...sell our home before the baby arrives in 4 weeks! I made contact with the RRU as a result of a recommendation and also demonstrated results with sales of friends homes...and...we had just bought a house and had to sell ours...all before the baby arrives. Ant and his team flew into action the following morning, taking a sneak peak photo to hit social media and there database. Then the tsunami started to build. Numerous groups came through within a couple days, interest building constantly, then when the add officially hit the market, the tsunami hit. We had a diary full of inspections and the open home caused traffic chaos in the street. The house was under contract and with an above expected offer within a week. Our baby has arrived happy and healthy, and although we did not call him Ant or Pablo, we are eternally grateful for the service from the RRU. Attention to detail, communications, updates, and good old empathy and compassion for our situation is why I would never list with any other agent again. The RRU have worked and work so very hard.
