After considerable research , I decided to purchase a property at Avoca Beach... For me, it ticked most of the boxes and the Village itself appeared very relaxed, further enhanced by the fact there was not a set of traffic lights in sight... Now I am a bit of a sceptic when it comes to Real Estate Agents, but my path crossed with Anthony Arena's whilst looking at another GB property nearby. Ultimately, that property didn't suit, but strangely, he did strike me as being a pretty honest sort of a character. When I did see something "just listed" under the GB banner, I contacted him midweek to enquire about the property and by the following day he had arranged an inspection on the following Sunday. I have no reservations whatsoever in saying that his attitude and professionalism were nothing short of first class. Whilst Anthony's primary interests lay obviously with the vendor of the property, which I did purchase, he managed to find great balance in attending to my best interests also... When one is about to spend a considerable amount of money, trust is an issue which should be embraced and he indeed had gained mine. In fact, the whole team at GB were very efficient and a total delight to work with.

I first spoke to Anthony 3 1/2 years ago when I was first going to put my villa on the market.
