Being an experienced Licensed Agent myself, I believe that when it comes to selling your own property, it is best done at arms length. Whilst the option to sell your own property is tempting, its rarely practical & best undertaken by another Real Estate Professional in order to maintain perspective and prevent the emotional aspect of the transaction coming into play. Its not often that a Private Treaty Sale turns into what could be effectively described as an Auction, however it can happen. With a considerable number of genuine buyers all wanting to secure the property, the negoitation process needed to be handled with urgency, transparency and accuracy. Anthony Arena's ability to remain calm and focused and not become overwhelmed by the stressful nature of the final negotiation was comendable.
