The sale process was ok, Anthony was quick to respond and was able to manage expectations on both sides. However felt very frustrated with the staff's laid back approach which in they allowed the vendor to stay on, which was immensely frustrating as I 'owned the property' but agents let them move out after the settlement, despite Anthony and others reassuring me they were out... then told me 'they were going to clean it' (knew that wouldn't happen). Further the next day when I came back to get the keys from the office I ended up sitting outside their office for best part of an hour only to find due to communication issues I had to come back again later. I was fortunate the trades were not booked as was very frustrating at the time
