Anthony is a well mannered professional. He is considerate of people's needs . He has excellent people skills and accommodates your requests even if it means that he has to re-organise things at his inconvenience. He is patient and does not demonstrate any frustration. He knows the market and is realistic in his appraisals and honest in his dealings. His fees are fair and comparable with other competitors, however regardless of the fee agreement he proved to seek the best price for his client. He worked straightaway on the sale and within one day of advertising he was able to secure a buyer for a price above expectation. Together with his in-house collaborators, all administrative /legal requirements were duly executed. To future clients, I would say give Anthony a go as I am pretty sure he will not disappoint.
