Anthony seems like a friendly person. To be honest, it was more us chasing them than the other way around. We tried to organise time to see the property and we were told that they were taking offers to the owner and we couldn’t see the property. 3 days later we noticed there was another inspection for a open home. We weren’t told despite our keen interest. Once the contract went unconditional, it was us chasing about settlement. On settlement day, Anthony was surprised that today was the day. My partner went to pick up the keys, no ID was asked for to confirm she was who she said she was. We turned up to the house and we’re told by friends and family that there is generally a welcome message with some flowers or a hamper of some wine. There was nothing. It is our first house so some sort of appreciation would have been nice. All we have received was 10 emails to rate my agent. I have been reluctant to write this but I’m tired of receiving this email. Also the sign is still up… it’s been weeks.
