He did this in a collaborative way, working with us as to what we all thought needed to be done or not done. When it came to understanding the eventual selling price, Anthony had the local knowledge and current data in a very volatile market. He guided us on our expectations on price. Using his knowledge of what was happening in the current market he maximised our selling price. I have no doubt there was "no money left on the table". We also think Anthony's approach means our purchasers were treated well and are happy with their purchase. The support staff out Ray White Nundah were very helpful through the whole process, making sure we had all information or documentation when we needed it. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
