An Estate Agent that has worked in every role this industry has to offer. In January 1990 at 18 years young Anthony began in Thomastown assisting the rentals team. He spent 6 years working his way up to become a portfolio manager, individually managing over 300 residential & commercial properties. He went to night school & became fully licensed in 1995. He has been a full member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria - REIV - since 1998. To appreciate all avenues real estate has to offer Anthony learnt the legalities, accounting procedures, budgeting requirements & then went onto managing a number of Owners Corporations. His thirst for knowledge drove him to study the ever changing relevant legislative Acts. Stockdale & Leggo Epping now do their own commercial & residential leases & disclosure statements specifically tailored to his clients individual requirements. Anthony wrote the book on: How to run a property management department. He travelled Victoria training fellow affiliated franchises on how to set up their systems & procedures with best practices. There are 3 constant not negotiable rules he explains to all tenants: 1) Pay your rent on time; 2) Look after the property; 3) No complaints from neighbours. To his investors he offers A) Income Protection; B) Capital Preservation; C) Skilled Representation. Ask him to elaborate & he will lay out an entire plan on how his office can surpass your expectations. In 1998 he started at the Epping office as a salesman. His success grew to a point that in January 2000 he brought the boss out & has owned the business ever since. He reads a book a month, constantly learning how he can improve himself, his leadership & the office. Looking at how this business can magnetise clients for life: The client's needs come first. Be honest to everyone. You must put the welfare of the client before your own welfare; is instilled in his team. Nothing we do at Stockdale & Leggo Epping is standard. We are deliberately different. The traditional methods are out-dated. Evolution is required in a climate like today. If you continue to do the same things day in day out your business will go backwards. You have to work for your client's best interests & individualise your services to their requirements. Each transaction must be a win, win, win scenario every time. Our motto is: Getting you to a better place; we aim to improve your life. This philosophy must be working; in 2002 this office became the largest property management department in the area. In 2007 85 percent of all their clients were referred or repeat business. That speaks volumes for the care they provide all their customers from sellers, buyers, investors, tenants & tradespeople, as today their percentage is the same. Stockdale & Leggo is the largest franchise in Victoria. The Epping office was awarded the number 2 office in the North West Zone in 2013. Anthony is married with 3 beautiful boys.
