I can not recommend Anthony and the team highly enough. From out first meeting, it was quite evident that Anthony had an intimate knowledge of the market and its buying patterns and nuances. We are used to auctions but Anthony recommended that we just fix a price and open it up to the market. His recommended price was at the high end in our view, but we went with it as we thought it would give us some wiggle room. After three showings I got a call informing me that they had sold it!! - at the advertised price !!!! We were elated - everything about the experience was five star, from the professional knowledge to the market data analysis, recommendations on presentation of the property - and of course the most important thing - we got an awesome result - forget about the rest - this man and his team are superb.
