I’ve built & there’s nothing worse than not knowing what’s going on. Our property in QLD, my wife & I signed contracts to build & heard nothing until my solicitor wrote to us notifying us that we are settling in 2 weeks a year later! No final inspection, no progress reports / images / emails. We had to drop everything, fly up to force an inspection, meet the new property management company & run around playing catch up. I swore I’d never let this happen to ANY of my clients. So its lovely to hear you guys are happy with these regular updates, answers to all collectively, as your questions will be thought of by others & benefit all. It has taken a while to get completed, 2018 you will have the keys in hand. :) Get excited.
