Anthony Klironomos expertly handled the selling of my late father's home. While we were incredibly nervous and unsure about the process of selling, Anthony made the entire experience far easier than we could have hoped for. Anthony made the process transparent, asked us informed questions, and and expertly answered all our queries. He did this while still displaying empathy for the grief we held at selling, and the initial confusion at the process which was new to us. We felt we had a good foundation to be guided through the whole process. His punctual and sociable nature allowed us to benefit greatly from his professional contacts with who he had tasked to help prepare the house, run through checks, and set it up for opening. He came early to oversee and manage everyone who came through the house, which eased our minds that it would be treated with respect, and be well-maintained. Anthony did an excellent job at creating complimentary advertising of the home, which increased the appeal of our older house. He exemplified great understanding of the ever-changing market, and did an amazing job negotiating when needed on the day of the auction.
