My house was a little out of the ordinary for the suburb. My first agent had a very poor response to open houses, advertising and any other enticements tried. The price that they suggested in the first instance slipped down and down. I decided that the agent was not able to do any more for me and they had come to the end of their ides on how to market the property. i wish I had started off using Dalton. Their market positioning and the perception of the product they are prepared to sell I think put us into a much better position. The house sold within weeks of the change. I purchased my terrace house with Dalton Real Estate in 2000 & as it happened it was a turn of the century building built in 1900, it was my intent to live in the property & restore it to its former glory but moved away to enjoy a business promotion & a great lifestyle further north.
