Anthony was nice enough to provide transport for me to inspect the property, and got back to me on promptly on a Sunday night after I put in an offer on the property. As a purchaser of the property, Anthony proved to be a very capable agent. However Anthony went beyond the call of duty when he offered to assist with unloading (and temporarily storing) the tenant's furniture when on settlement, our new tenants needed some assistance.

A pleasure to deal with

Like and fully support the concept that Dalton's use of setting a fixed sale price rather than the annoying "preview" "friendly auction" and "offers above" strategies some agencies use. Not terribly happy with outcome that we paid to "fix" a non existent pest problem for the purchaser which came out of our sale price and which perhaps, in hindsight, could have been negotiated more in our favour than it was. As we had already included an expensive plumbed in fridge and microwave in this sale, the total cost to us as vendors of Pestex treatment, buying a new fridge and microwave is around $7,000 which takes the gloss a little off the fabulous gross sale price Anthony got for us. However overall would recommend Anthony and Daltons'.
