We were super impressed with Anthony's work ethic, focus and dedication throughout our sale process, all of which were channeled towards getting the best outcome for our property. The depth of Anthony's market knowledge was a given (in our first conversation he discussed apartment valuations on a per square metre basis which demonstrated a deeper understanding than other agents who typically sell on a number of bedrooms / bathrooms / parking spots basis). However it was Anthony's attention to detail that impressed us throughout the process - staging the apartment (including plants), getting the right photography / video resources involved to showcase the space, the initial slow burn marketing approach quickly ramping to a higher intensity media / advertising approach as the property gained momentum with potential buyers, and pulling all the threads together culminating in his advice around taking the private auction pathway in order to harvest those efforts - all spoke volumes of his experience and professionalism in closing out these sales processes and finding the clearing price where both buyers and vendors are satisfied. Nevertheless, the biggest differentiator for us was Anthony's focus on the finer points / smallest details - from the steady stream of feedback from showings (and / or interactions) with potential buyers, to extensive discussions around auction dynamics, to him showing up early before viewings in order to clean the salt off the windows to highlight the incredible ocean views that really set Anthony apart from other agents we have worked with in the past.
